Discovery Land Baseball - Review Sunday

Things got a tad crazy this weekend, especially at my home church. This Sunday we had women's retreat and we had a team in Peru on a missions trip which made us short staffed for our children's programming. I stepped in and served at the 11 am service and was blessed to help out in the kindergarten room.

I was overjoyed to work in this room because I knew a lot of the kids from Awana on Tuesdays.

At my church we always start off our mornings with worshiping our King. It's one of my favorite things to see children worship at the top of their lungs their King of Kings.

Because it was then end of our winter curriculum (yay spring!) we review all the topics we talked about over the past twelve weeks. This quarter, it was a baseball game with review questions.

Columbus Movie Night

One of my favorite ways to get hours for National Honor Society is to help out at one of the local elementary schools with all their school events. These students definitely have it better than I ever did in elementary school. Tonight was a movie night in their gymnasium and watched Monsters University. The lightning was not the greatest and will still have to keep practicing with low lighting.

Valentines 2014

After a huge calling from God, the bible study at my high school decided to do something big. We wanted the love of Christ to be spread throughout our school and we decided to spread love about the greatest love of all, God's love. We made over 1600 Valentines and hung them up on every locker in the school.
